About the director

Fhatuwani Howard Kone

Fhatuwani Howard Kone founded Kone Attorneys Incorporated in 2011, following the successful completion of his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of Venda in 2008. He then went on to complete his articles at a reputable law firm based in Kempton Park.

Fhatuwani, has since gone on to attain his Master's degree (LLM) in Public Procurement Policy from Stellenbosch University. He also holds a Certificate in Property Development and Investment from the University of Cape Town.

Fhatuwani is passionate about providing clients with a customised legal approach. One that is done with integrity and honour, to gain your trust to do what is best suited for your needs and interests.

He is also a sturdy believer that through Kone Attorneys Incorporated he can build a multicultural and diverse firm that serves all South Africans.

Meet Our Attorney

Hudivhannyi Mudzanani

Hudivhannyi was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa after completing his articles of clerkship at Kone Attorneys Incorporated.

He holds an LLB degree from the University of Venda and a certificate in Compliance Management which he obtained from the University of Cape Town.

He has a vast amount of experience in legal costs, third-party claims, divorce, eviction, and other civil litigation matters.

He is actively involved in the commercial and corporate environment and labour disputes at the CCMA. He also has experience in criminal litigation, drafting contracts, and collecting rental monies.

With Hudivhannyi’s wide range of skills and knowledge, you are in safe hands with him as your representing attorney.

Our Candidate Attorney

Our Candidate Attorneys works closely with the director, Fhatuwani Howard Kone as well as our Attorney, Hudivhannyi Mudzanani. They are exposed to the full spectrum of legal work the firm is involved in on a daily basis.
